Purchase Agreement

This Purchase Agreement transfers ownership of the Goldendoodle puppy named below from Twin Creek Doodles ("Breeder") to the Buyer named below, for the purchase price entered on this form.

HEALTH GUARANTEE. The Breeder guarantees the puppy is in good health at the time of sale and has received age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming on a two-week schedule, and a licensed veterinarian's wellness exam within 5 days of going home. The Breeder provides a 2-year genetic health guarantee covering life-limiting hereditary conditions of the hips, heart, and eyes, conditioned on the Buyer completing a vet exam within 72 hours of pickup, maintaining routine vaccinations, and keeping the puppy at a healthy weight. Remedy for a covered condition: a replacement puppy of equal value from an upcoming litter, or a refund of 50% of the purchase price; the Buyer is never required to return the original puppy.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES. The Buyer agrees to provide proper care, nutrition, training, and routine veterinary care, and to spay or neuter the puppy by 12 months of age unless a separate breeding agreement is signed. The puppy may not be resold, rehomed, or surrendered to a shelter; if the Buyer can no longer keep the dog at any point in its life, the Breeder will always take it back.

REGISTRATION & RETURNS. Puppies are sold on limited (companion) registration. If within 7 days of pickup the Buyer's veterinarian identifies a pre-existing condition, the Buyer may return the puppy for a full refund. This agreement is the entire understanding between the parties and is governed by Colorado law.
